will be leading you through 3 days of fun and intense training. As a 2X Boston Qualifier and 62nd overall female for 2018, Jo brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help prepare you for your next event. This camp is the perfect opportunity for any spring full or half marathons or even your next ultra run.

Camp will include multiple track sessions focusing on speed, agility, strength, and drills along with video analysis for participants. There will also be several longer runs taking place with some hill training and running along the beautiful clay trail.

Ntc track

Track guided workouts focusing on speed and agility. Perform proper warmups and learn drills to improve form and power with your run. Learn the best intervals to run to prepare for your next race.

clay loop

Run along the beautiful clay loop providing gentle rolling landscape on hard packed clay, providing the perfect cushioning for your long runs. Aid stop will be provided.

Along with plenty of fun run training, we want to make sure you leave camp ready to tackle your next race. We will also have video analysis and classroom sessions including mental strategies, nutrition, and planning your season.

Run Camp 2/1-2/3

$850 : Single Occupancy / $600 : Double Occupancy

$400 deposit necessary to reserve spot
