For Runners of ALL Levels. Each week in July we will start at Energy Endurance Lab at 6:30am and head toward the Venetian. These are easy HEART RATE Focused runs. You’ll build your mileage each week as you improve your aerobic base. Runs between 3-5 miles. Walking is allowed!
