Swim Coaching at NTC

Coached swim workouts focusing on technique and form with video analysis. Dryland training will be implemented to learn proper muscle activation and strength for swimming.


Cycling Hill Training

Cycling sessions through the scenic hills of Clermont working on building strength and power on the bike while practicing proper gearing. SAG stop will be provided.


Run Training

Coached run workouts on the clay loop and track with run video analysis. Track workouts will focus on speed, agility, and drills while the clay offers rolling terrain on packed clay for some hill runs.

  • One on One Functional Movement Screen with Exercise Prescription

  • Video analysis for swim and run with followup recommendations

  • Classroom sessions on mental training, nutrition strategies, and planning your season properly

  • Group strength and yoga sessions

Tri Camp February 2020

$1200 : Single Occupancy / $900 : Double Occupancy

$400 deposit necessary to reserve spot
